Information we collect

If you join the early access list, we collect the email address you submit and, if you choose to answer it, your estimated number of junk removal jobs quoted per month. If you use the contact form, we collect the information you submit there.

How we use it and legal bases

Early-access information is used to validate demand for Quote Guard and to contact you about product availability and closely related product updates. This processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Contact-form information is used to respond to your message based on our legitimate interest in handling inquiries and communicating with people who contact us.

Payments

No payment is collected through this website at this stage. Joining the early access list is not a purchase or binding order.

Service providers and recipients

The website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions may be processed and stored by Netlify as part of operating the site. If you allow measurement, Google receives the limited technical and conversion information described below for Google Ads conversion tracking. We do not sell personal data.

Google Ads measurement and your choice

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether our ads lead to early-access signups. Measurement is optional and off by default. The Google tag does not load or send measurement requests before you choose Allow measurement, or if you choose Reject. You can join the list either way.

If you allow measurement, Google may use advertising cookies and receive technical information such as the page address, ad click identifiers, browser and device information, IP address, and whether an early-access signup reached our thank-you page. We do not send the email address or other form answers to Google Ads, and enhanced conversions and ad personalization are not enabled by this site. We do not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or other analytics tools.

Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days using local storage. A short-lived session marker helps prevent the thank-you page from counting again on refresh; it contains a timestamp, not your form answers. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Measurement settings on any page. Rejecting after allowing reloads the page to stop the tag and removes Google Ads cookies set on our domain; it does not erase information already sent to Google or cookies on Google's domains. Retention

Early-access data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for product validation, launch communication, legal compliance, or until you ask for deletion.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
